Judo 2026-2027
Judo, a form of martial arts, has been known to help participants build self-esteem, confidence, friendships, and fitness all at the same time as learning throws, rolls, and feet sweeps. Students begin with conditioning exercises and safety techniques and then learn how to roll and fall and eventually learn throws! This class takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30pm- 8:30pm at Veteran's Hall. Please note that this registration does not cover the cost of the USJA fee which is an additional yearly membership at $75.00 per person. This registration covers the 4 week sessions you are signing up for!
